This is a Sonora Chime remote Chime mechanism.  It is from a clock damaged by earlier repair person who clipped the 1/4 hour levers and took out other parts simply due to his inability to repair the clock.
With Antique clock gaining in value do not be talked into replacing movements or any other action devaluing your clock.
